This working paper presents the aim and methodology of the survey “Organisational determinants of discrimination in hiring” conducted in four countries: Germany, Norway, Poland and Romania. The document describes three research methods used in the survey: a factorial survey experiment, a survey questionnaire and a qualitative employer survey. It also discusses the sampling strategy; ethical and data protection matters and the cross-country comparative context of the study.
